This tournament will be a 2v2 tournament with a random partner, with a minimum level 140 requirement for participation.

To improve this concept, half of the highest-level players will be in Tier 1, the other half will be composed of the lowest-level players in Tier 2.

Each pair will be composed randomly of one player from Tier 1 and one from Tier 2.

This will allow for a much better balance between the different duos.
