Arakas
Access to Raven's Dust - Evil Path
Talk to Solis (1659,1230,0) who is in a house front the temple of Windhowl.
You must be at least level 40 and then provide 1 Flask Of Goblin Blood and 50 000 gold.
Then speak to Liurn Clar (1599,1250,0) who is in the Mages Tower west of Solis. This NPC teleports you to the second island.
You still have the option of doing the original access quests from The Fourth Coming, they have been simplified slightly.
