The gem increases your HP for 10 minutes.
The bonus is based on your level, if you are level 100 then you gain 250 extra HP.
If you equip an Blessed orb, the gem gives you your level * 3 in extra HP instead of your level * 2.5.
If you equip an Infinite's cloak, the gem gives you your level * 4 in extra HP instead of your level * 2.5.
This item has no charge, you can use it unlimitedly.
From 40 in Equipment points, an additional bonus is added to your gem.
