The Oracle - Good Path Simplified
Talk to Atlance who is in a house near the temple of Stonecrest.
You must be at least level 100 and then provide 1 Red Spellbook, 1 Golden Chalice, 1 Blank Magical Tome, 1 Gem Of The Immortal, 1 Grail of Purity, 1 Blade Of Heroism, 1 Chaos Key and 500 000 gold.
You receive the Key of Artherk, you will now have access to The Oracle.
The Oracle - Good Path (Long Version)
You still have the option of doing the original access quests from The Fourth Coming, they have been simplified slightly.
