Access to Stoneheim - Good Path
Talk to Briag (1574,2352,0) who is in a house behind the Silversky temple.
You must be at least level 70 and provide 100 000 gold. The Ritual of Zhakar is the last step.
Then perform the quest The Ritual of Zhakar.

You still have the option of doing the original access quests from The Fourth Coming, they have been simplified slightly.
