NPC: Item Shop Skins
The NPC Item Shop Skins will ask for 1 ECU in exchange for 240 skin points. After obtaining skin points from the npc, you may now log out and go to the Skins store on the website.
A skinned item that has fallen to the ground automatically causes it to lose its skin.
