You must be at least level 100 and then provide 1 Spider Venom, 1 Bloodstone ring, 1 Dagger Of Bleeding, 1 Raw Crystal, 1 Tarantula Fang, 1 Human Bone, 1 Essence of Bloodlust and 500 000 gold.
You receive the Key of Ogrimar and have access to The Oracle.

You still have the option of doing the original access quests from The Fourth Coming, they have been simplified slightly.
