This item is in the Forest of No Return (Drain Rat) and only works with the Raincloak. If you use a Raindrop then your character gains power and water resistance.
The more Raindrop you have, the bigger the bonus is and the longer it takes.
The maximum number Raindrop took is 25 is counted and above that the bonus no longer increases.
If you have 25 Raindrop and you use one then you win the following bonus:
+ 25 water power
+ 25 water resist
Duration: 130 seconds
If you have 20 Raindrop and you use one then you win the following bonus:
+ 20 water power
+ 20 water resist
Duration: 100 seconds
